ARTICLE 7 – Return/Refund Policy
7.1 Product Returns:
Unless otherwise specified for a particular country or region by the Company, a new Distributor can return their initial product purchase in accordance with the refund policy outlined below. Within 14 (fourteen) days following the delivery of the order, the Distributor can return unopened and undamaged resalable products, with a refund of 100% (one hundred percent) of the Distributor's net original cost after appropriate deductions (including but not limited to bonuses, taxes, or commissions paid to the Distributor) and excluding any legal claims. The amounts for such goods will be transferred to the bank account used for payment within 14 days. If a Distributor requests a refund for 100% (one hundred percent) of their first order, the Company reserves the right to terminate that person's Distributorship.
7.2 The Company will not refund payments if it explicitly states before the purchase that products are seasonal, production is discontinued, or they are special promotional products, and are not subject to repurchase obligations.
7.3 Product returns and conditions, membership cancellations, withdrawal rights and conditions, and regulations related to refunds are clearly stated in the sales contract (pre-information form) and the sales contract (pre-information form) is an integral part of this agreement.
7.4 Exchange with New Products:
All Distributors wishing to return a defective or damaged product and receive a new product must adhere to the following procedure:
7.4.1 Distributors who have received a defective or damaged product will not be refunded, but they can exchange it with a new product of equivalent value.
7.4.2 Distributors or customers wishing to exchange a product must contact the Company's Customer Service Department by calling or emailing within 3 business days from the day they rejected the product to obtain Product Return Authorization (hereinafter referred to as "Return Authorization"). In case of partial defects or damages in the product, the Distributor can only request a return for the part mentioned as defective and damaged in the Delivery Order.
7.5 The Company will not provide a refund for sales support materials, promotional materials, sales kits, or other marketing materials purchased by the Distributor, as these items will be prepared on a personalized basis at the Distributor's request.
7.6 The Company's exchange policy may be modified to comply with relevant laws, regulations, or rules in the respective country.
7.7 Distributors are subject to adjustments and deductions in Commissions paid for products returned by Distributors in their Organization.
7.8 The Company will not provide cash refunds. Refunds will be deposited into the bank account or credited to the credit card or debit card that the Company debited for the same order.
7.9 If a Distributor disputes the amount debited from their credit card/debit card by the Company or the payment made to their credit card/debit card for the product sent by the Company, the Company will immediately initiate Distributor Termination.
7.10 The product exchange policy described above applies only to products related to the Company.
